Values that accompany and guide me.
They are my inner compass and shape my path – both professionally and personally.

The human experience and our journey through life have always held a special fascination for me. It is exactly this fascination that led me to explore myself more deeply, including my patterns, and the many aspects of personal development.

about me

A few words about me…

My name is Anna Fresacher, and I was born and raised in the Salzburg region. My path has rarely been linear – rather, it has always been guided by reflection, curiosity, and intuition.

From Vienna to Munich and back to Salzburg, from business secondary school to a bachelor’s degree in tourism management, with a brief detour into theatre, film and media studies, and experience across a wide range of fields including theatre, conference organisation, hotels and hospitality. Each of these stages has shaped me. They have shown me that there is not only one single “perfect” path. Along the way, I have also come to realise that there is something valuable to be learned in everything.

What matters to me…

One of my core intentions is to support people in finding their personal balance. And this balance is something that can – and should – continue to evolve over time.

I am convinced that a balanced life is the foundation for happiness and fulfilment – not only within ourselves, but also in how we relate to others and the world around us.

Finding this balance is, in my view, an ongoing process – one that is primarily about getting to know and understand ourselves more deeply. This is exactly where I see my role: offering gentle impulses, creating moments of awareness, and strengthening that awareness – for myself and for others.

For me, an essential part of this journey lies in taking small, consistent steps. And just as importantly, it helps to carry a sense of humour, joy and ease along the way. Because life can be light and beautiful too, despite or perhaps even with its challenges.

What has shaped me…

My personal journey has been characterised by the search for my place. I have always had many interests, yet rarely a single, clearly defined goal. This often led to uncertainty and self-doubt. But it was precisely this uncertainty that encouraged me to engage deeply with myself and to truly look within. I have learned to accept these feelings and to use them as signposts along my path.

In 2022, I took a year-long break from my professional routine, which stirred a great deal within me and brought about meaningful change. One thing became very clear to me: I want to shape my life with balance and joy. And through this – of that I am convinced – it is possible to support our overall well-being. Of course, there are no guarantees, but living with joy and balance certainly makes the present moment more fulfilling.

Travelling alone, completing a yoga teacher training in English, moving to a new city, running two marathons, walking part of the Camino de Santiago, guiding a group, taking on a leadership role – these are just some of the challenges I have embraced so far. Some of them may sound small or insignificant. Yet for me, each one involved stepping into the unknown, trusting myself, using my existing strengths, and building confidence along the way.
And those steps do not have to be big or extraordinary – anything new counts.

A little more…

One of my greatest passions is travelling, being on the move and creating meaningful moments, both with myself and with the people I love.

I enjoy a balance between movement such as running, yoga, hiking and walking, good, nourishing food, being in cosy cafés or at home. I appreciate beauty in all its forms, music, and good conversations, whether deep and thought-provoking or light-hearted and fun.

Spending time in nature and practising mindfulness nourishes me just as much as trying new things and expressing my creativity.
