Hello, I’m Anna
as a Holistic Health Coach and Yoga Teacher, I support people who want to prioritise themselves and their health. I help you integrate mindfulness into your everyday life and take sustainable steps towards better wellbeing.
The focus is on strengthening your holistic health so that you can meet life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-trust.
My intention is to help you feel comfortable, energised and grounded in both body and mind, so that you can make clear decisions that improve your quality of life. I view health in a holistic way and as an ongoing process: dynamic, individual and grounded in real life.
For me, holistic health does not mean “doing everything perfectly”, but rather finding your own balance again and again along the way.
I support you step by step with gentle impulses, reminders to stay on track, and the strengthening of your awareness.
And along the way, humour and authenticity are always welcome.
