Mindful Moments


At Mindful Moments, I invite you to take time for mindfulness, to recharge and to find a sense of calmness.

Each session guides you through a meditation or relaxation exercise, accompanied by a few thoughts and insights.

No prior experience is needed – just you and a quiet, comfortable place.

Mindful Moments are for anyone who would like to bring more relaxation and mindfulness into their life, or who simply wants to try something new.

Please join on time and set up a quiet space where you can be undisturbed and sit comfortably, or sometimes lie down if you prefer.

Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to have a drink, such as water or tea, nearby. You may turn your camera on or off, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
