Yoga Sessions


Yoga sessions are designed to support you in becoming more aware of your body and moving with mindfulness. They can be a balance of effort and relaxation.

  • For anyone who would like to take conscious time for themselves and enjoy a short break from everyday life.
  • Some prior yoga experience is beneficial, but not required (feel free to ask if you are unsure).
  • For anyone who wishes to combine movement and relaxation.

Please join on time and set up a quiet space with your mat, where you can be undisturbed.

Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to have a drink, such as water or tea, nearby. You may turn your camera on or off, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
