For companies, conferences and events, I create mindful sessions that support people in taking a conscious pause, reconnecting with themselves and inviting presence into the moment.

Depending on the setting and individual needs, the sessions may include:

  • gentle movement
  • relaxation exercises
  • guided meditation
  • yoga sessions
  • The sessions create space for conscious breaks within a programme, complementary health impulses or moments of calm, movement and regeneration.
  • Content, duration and intensity are individually adapted to the setting, target group and time frame.

The structure and pricing depend on the scope, on-site conditions, group size, duration, frequency, as well as travel and accommodation requirements.
